Processing & Shipping Policy

All items have a normal processing time of 5-7 business days. After your order is processed you can expect an email with tracking information. After initial processing your order will be shipped and received within 14 business days. Items are shipped Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Once an item has shipped Incredibly Gifted Faith Collection will not be liable for any discrepancies including lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages. Please contact your local postal service if issues arise.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At this time due to COVID all items purchased will be final sale. We will not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. If a product you receive is deemed defective or damaged we offer a 100% refund. We give 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense and we will refund the full amount of the original purchase.
