WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will be processed within 5-7 days and then shipped and received within 10-14 days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
​Yes you can! As long as you cancel your order before it ships there is no penalty. Once it ships we are unable to cancel your order.
IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS WHAT CAN I DO?
You can email us the correct address at hello@incrediblygiftedccollection.com or submit a customer service request via the Contact Us page within 24 hours with an address change. After 24 hours we will be unable to change the address for an incorrect address submission.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED?
Incredibly Gifted Collection are not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after they have shipped. Please contact your local postal service to handle all issues regarding your order. However, if an item is deemed defective or damaged we will offer a 100% refund.
